Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental partners. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits migrants and society. As the leading international organization for migration, IOM acts with its partners in the international community to: assist in meeting the growing operational challenges of migration management; advance understanding of migration issues; encourage social and economic development through migration, and; uphold the human dignity and well-being of migrants. IOM has been active in Poland since 2002 under an agreement with the Polish government and conducts various migration programs, as well humanitarian activities.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

  1. Support recruitment processes by publishing 60 Vacancy Notices on multiple online platforms.
  2. Prepare mapping and contact list of local labour offices and educational institutions with total number of 30 offices mapped.
  3. Contribute to developing strong liaison with partners, such as universities and academic career offices by sending e-mail to all of the institutions mapped.
  4. Assist in organizing the documents by preparing and updating 3 relevant trackinglists.

Experience and Skills

· At least one year work experience in a similar role;

· Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, E-mail, Outlook;

· Attention to detail, ability to organize paperwork in a methodical way;

· Discreet, precise, patient and willing to learn new things;

· Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and keep deadlines;

· Strong work ethics and commitment
