Graphic design skills are mandatory.
Degree in information technology is an asset.
Fluency in English is required.
Fluency in French is required.
Volunteers: 2 needed for the project.
Availability: 1-5 hours per week for 2 weeks.

Details

The Online Volunteer with experience in Graphic Design and technology will provide advise (and implement actions) regarding the best ways to improve and feed UNDP Guinea-Bissau sharepoint teams site. The expected structure of the teams site will be communicated to him/her beforehand. The Online volunteer will also provide guidance regarding how to improve UNDP Guinea-Bissau Sharepoint library.

UNDP Guinea-Bissau wishes to improve its knowledge management. A critical component to it is developing good knowledge tools that make relevant and updated information available to all at the same time. As a result, we seek to further exploit our sharepoint team site to integrate weekly news as well as strategic documents while keeping it user-friendly at all time.
Volunteers: 2 needed
1-5 hours per week / 2 weeks

Skills in design are mandatory. A degree in information technology is an asset.
