Support with design of poster showing regional response to COVID-19 for latest months

We are looking for a creative and motivated Online Volunteer to support our team with creating designs and visualized data of our response to COVID-19. The Online Volunteer will be asked to create a design for the document which consists of approximately half of the page of text and includes tables, graphs and images (up to 8 not complicated ones). The design and its layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the online volunteers in advance, as well as references. The information to be put into graphs will be also given, the Online Volunteer has to revert it into table or graph.

  The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide by advocating for volunteerism, encouraging partners to integrate volunteerism into development programming, and mobilizing volunteers. The UNV Regional Office for Europe and CIS provides oversight and strategic guidance to the UNV Field Units in the region and is accountable for the placement of UN Volunteers mobilized for UN Agencies, Funds, and Programmes focused on peace, development and humanitarian needs. UNV Regional Office for Europe and CIS has taken certain actions to recruit onsite volunteers to respond to the outbreak in different countries of the region. To increase awareness of these initiatives among key audiences and to enhance effective business cooperation with the UNV partners both in countries with the UNV field presence and countries with no UNV field presence in the region, Regional Office needs to visualize its activities and status-quo in a short comprehensive one pager. This sheet will be shared with other UN agencies in the region as a replacement of the text situation report.

  Candidates should have previous professional experience in designing document layouts, have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, good verbal and written communication skills.
