We are looking for one Online Volunteer to help systematizing information collected regarding the future of the business and human rights in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), in the context of the 10 years of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights - UNGPs. The selected Online Volunteer will receive the information to be systematized by email and will participate in some internal and external meetings. It will provide an opportunity for the Online Volunteer to familiarize him/herself with the UN human rights situation on business and human rights in the LAC region and participate in different events in this area.

  • Public information and reporting

    The UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and the Office of the High Commissioner of the UN for Human Rights have the mandate to promote the dissemination and implementation of the UNGPs. In this context, an in-depth analysis of the situation of the UNGPs implementation in LAC, identifying current practice and challenges is undertaken. This analysis will subsequently inform specific recommendation and guidance for enhancing such implementation.
