• The Online Volunteer will assist the social media unit in producing and editing vertical videos for social media (2 per week) with a specific focus on IOM’s corporate Tik Tok account (1.5 million followers) and Instagram Reels (200,000+ followers). • The Online Volunteer will help IOM to reach younger audiences with relatable and digestible content • The Online Volunteer will support the social media unit during for 26 weeks

The social media unit is looking for a young creative person to help create content for IOM’s corporate Tik Tok platform, one of the fastest growing social media channels globally, and IOM’s Instagram account. The Online Volunteer will be creative and comfortable in developing short videos about IOM activities that can be consumed by Gen Z and Gen Y. The videos will be used to raise awareness about IOM’s strategic objectives, increase our brand visibility on the platform and fight xenophobia, racism and stigma against migrants and displace people.

• Candidates should have extensive experience in video production and video editing. • Candidates should be passionate about international relations. • Candidates should have a creative background and experience in social media management and content production.
