IOM in Poland is expanding its operation at the borders with Ukraine and is seeking for administrative support in order to ensure that staff files are appropriately stored, and all documents needed are in place.

We seek three Online Volunteers to support our HR team in Poland by assisting in compiling IOM staff files in the system. To this end, the selected Online Volunteers will support the cross checking of all files needed and place them in the electronic staff folders and follow up with staff, if needed.

Prior experience in admin roles would be considered as an asset.
