Support the Human Resources Recruitment Team of IOM Greece with the upcoming "Mandatory Trainings" project

In Greece, IOM is focusing on responding to the Mediterranean migrant’s crisis, in support of the Greek Government and in cooperation with all other agencies involved. IOM currently implements interventions within the areas of emergency, preparedness and response, disaster risk reduction, livelihoods, healthcare and psychosocial assistance, assisted voluntary return of migrants, migration and development, resettlement and repatriation, family reunification, counter human trafficking, assistance to vulnerable migrants. Due to the high volume of activities, IOM HR department is seeking for support to monitor reports from SDL, staff compliance and implemantation of having all records on I-Learn.
This is a short-term remote task. Under the overall supervision of the HR Officer and direct supervision of the Recruitment Team Leader, the successful candidate will be assisting in activities related to mandatory trainings compliance and the project objective to record all mandatory trainings of staff on I-Learn, such as comparing excel file reports, cross- check of hard copy file lists.
Prior experience in HR or work with IOM would be considered as an asset.
