We are looking for 7 highly motivated online volunteers to: Conduct preliminary contextual assessments & analyses of systems & mechanisms in place to support the efficiency of the recruitment unit. Support in conducting research on recruitment related performance indicators & data products; Support in establishing a global monitoring & reporting system for recruitment activities (from data collection to analytics) including a tracking system of the turnaround time at the scope of region covered; Contribute to the design of, & incorporate gender & diversity analysis into recruitment products & activities; Liaise with the Regional Recruitment focal points & internal recruitment data users to seek ways of improving the utilization of reporting products & train them as appropriate; Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly & semi-annual & annual reports. The Unit foresees a target of 7 reports every month which should be consolidated into a single global report.

    IOM is looking at improving the efficiency of its recruitment team and strengthening the capacities of its internal global recruitment partners through data driven reports focusing on streamlining the current Recruitment processes. It is expected that a well-established data collection and analytics system will support a better definition of priorities.
