To support the WCO Team with compiling and formatting the layout of the Annual Report 2022, Quarterly Newsletter / Country Briefs and to support the development of regular partner communications products for dissemination both online and in print and social media.

We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer who under the guidance of the External Relations & Partnerships Officer and in close collaboration with the WHO AFRO communications team supports us to produce at least 30 graphic designs for the annual report impact stories. In particular, the Online Comms Volunteer is asked to: 1. Collect information on document/material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc. 2. Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point/ communications team, 3. Develop the design according to agreed requirements. 4. Provide creative suggestions for a layout and make recommendations regarding online printing and dissemination.

The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.

The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the Seychelles Country Office Team, the Comms team at WHO AFRO and the Comms and Partnerships Team at the UN Resident Coordinator's Office.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. This qualifies as an internship with supervision hours and letters of recommendation.
