Provide brief overview of the task’s background, for instance, how it relates to your organization’s activities and overall objectives or how you expect the Online Volunteers’ contributions through this task will support your organization's efforts towards achieving the SDGs.

We seek support from Online Volunteers for the resource mobilization with the overall objective of ensuring we are able to provide support to FAO for resource mobilization. Under the supervision of FAO, the Online Volunteer will support us by helping us with: - Discuss and determine objectives, including strategy - Research and analyze information on donors - Identify cooperation and opportunities - Support draft and creation of communication material and correspondence Online Volunteers will not be requested to make donations in-kind or financial contributions or to solicit donations from third parties.

Candidates should have previous experience in prospect, development, or market research, preferably in non-profit sector, superior analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex financial disclosure documents for wealth assessment, an understanding of the donor base in [area/sector], and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
