One of the biggest objectives of Save the Water is to educate about water contamination, this requires skilled volunteers and for this the Human Resources Group is tasked with recruiting the best available volunteers. The Recruiting team supports the whole organization in staffing needs.

We are looking for Online Volunteers to help support the Human Resources Group in our recruiting efforts. The volunteers specifically will conduct interviews to evaluate candidates. To this end, the online volunteer will assess candidates against Job Descriptions of the required role and carry out the first interviews. They will only conduct interviews supporting one particular team/department. The outcome will be to find suitable candidates to pass to 2nd interviews, the number of candidates depends on the pool of candidates, but it could be a minimum of 3 candidates to be interviewed by the next level. Vacancies per department vary, but if there are more than 3, critical positions are identified so the volunteer can focus only on 1-2 roles tops. Volunteers are expected to conduct at least 5 interviews to define the top 3 candidates for the next level. Also, the online volunteer needs to attend meetings as scheduled using Google, respond to emails and support teamwork.

Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. Bachelor's degree completed or equivalent work experience (6 months to 1-year full time paid corporate/non - profit work experience).
