• The Online Volunteers will assist the unit in producing and editing 2 content per week; for instance, social media content or videos for recruitment with a specific focus on targeted recruitment campaigns • Posting of available vacancies needing increased targeted applicants 3 times a week. • The Online Volunteers will ensure Social Media Optimization and visibility.

The Global Recruitment Unit is looking to strengthen IOM’s corporate LinkedIn platform, one of the main social media platforms for the recruitment activities of IOM. The platform will focus on creative social media content, videos, and targeted recruitment campaigns for IOM with a specific focus on increasing the visibility of vacancies. The videos will be used to raise awareness about IOM’s strategic objectives, increase our brand visibility on the platform and strengthen diversity within the organisation.
Volunteers: 2 needed
11-20 hours per week / 26 weeks
• The candidates have extensive experience in video production and video editing. • The candidates preferably have an additional graphic design background. • The candidates are passionate about international relations. • The candidates have a creative background and experience in social media management and content production.
