You have:

This assignment supports PCCP’s efforts to strengthen its internal data systems and training infrastructure. The work contributes to improving evidence-based decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting better data governance and digital transformation within UNODC-supported programmes.
The Online Volunteers will support PCCP in strengthening its training and data management systems through research, analysis, and documentation. The assignment will focus on two complementary areas: IT solution development support and data management analysis.
The Online Volunteers will work under the supervision of PCCP staff and support with:
- Review existing data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, and workflows related to seizure and interception data.
- Map key data flows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Conducting a two-pages-long assessment document during a period of one month of PCCP’s existing seizure and interception data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, workflows, and information management practices.
- Provide recommendations on data governance, reporting, and analytics improvements aligned with UN standards in the form of a report (5 pages).
Deliverables: - A two-pages-long assessment document of PCCP’s existing seizure and interception data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, workflows, and information management practices. - A five-pages-long report advising PCCP management on best practices and solutions for PCCP in seizure and interception data collection processes, databases, reporting systems, workflows, and information management practices.
Coordination and logistics
Work will be conducted remotely with periodic virtual check-ins with PCCP focal points.
