Assist CAEPA in developing a new strategic plan
You have:
- Experience in strategic planning essential for supporting CAEPA's direction.
- Strong communication skills for effective virtual collaboration and advice.
- Availability of 6-10 hours per week for 4 weeks to assist in the strategic plan.

CAEPA Cameroon has done extensive work on the implementation of its 2018-2022 strategic Plan. We are there in a process of reflection on the way forward for another 5years. CAEPA is looking for two online volunteers who are expected to study the activity reports and the current strategic and advice CAEPA’s team on its strategic direction during the upcoming process of developing the next 5years strategic plan. CAEPA Director will always be available to give all the necessary pieces of information regarding the strategic plan review process and other support to online volunteers. An evaluation report will be produce at the end of the exercise to guide in planning. Content will be provided by the organization. The online collaboration will be virtual. Communication will be via email and or phone using skype, Whatsapp or messenger.

CAEPA Cameroon was founded by a group of women seeking to improve their agricultural production systems by making them environment friendly and sustainable especially. Later they realized the linkage between natural resource rights, and climate and environmental justice. They also realised there was a connection between land degradation, poverty and violence against women and HIV and AIDS. They included fighting against violence in the programmes. Since 2009, its activities have expanded to address issues of natural resource rights, climate and environmental justice, and their connection to land degradation, poverty and violence against women/girls and HIV and AIDS. This task is very important as it will help our organization to meet the needs of its target beneficiaries in the post COVID-19 Era. The volunteers will assist the organisation to better deliver services to its target population through the strategic plan

6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks
