Support design of WFP corporate folder for documents and handouts

In areas prone to disasters and climate change risks, WFP provides food or cash to communities as they participate in activities that improve their disaster preparedness and mitigate climate-related risks. WFP also provides technical assistance to local government authorities to enhance community-level risk profiling and planning, disaster preparedness, mitigation and response, as well as climate adaptation. The online volunteers will be provided with support from the Policy and Partnerships and Communications Units, and will have an opportunity to know more about WFP activities, its standards of operation, and guidelines.

We are looking for an Online Volunteer who under the guidance of Partnership Assistant and in close collaboration with the communications team will support us by producing a design of a WFP corporate folder. The design should follow WFP corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance. The folder prepared by an Online Volunteer will be used for the next years to provide the documents, factsheets and different handouts to government officials, donors, UN agencies, and other partners.

Candidates should have professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and must have in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. A degree in graphic design or related field is considered an asset. Please kindly share the link to your portfolio with a cover letter.
