Reporting to the Country Director the Supply Chain and Operations Manager (SCOM) for oPT is responsible for overall strategic and technical oversight of the mission for everything that relates to supply chain, fleet management, and logistics. SCOM will work in close coordination with the CD and other department heads to ensure necessary guidance and oversight is readily available and that all processes are conducted in a timely and compliant way. SCOM will work with RI Regional and Global Supply Chain and Operations and lead on supply chain strategy development and implementation including procurement, stock management and delivery, with a particular emphasis on procurement and pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
