Major Responsibilities:

Conduct market assessments to identify potential suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the procurement of goods and services.

Required Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics operations, preferably in a humanitarian or emergency relief context.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics operations, and customs regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in agricultural materials procurement is an advantage.
