Overview
Assist in managing supply chain operations and vendor relationships.
You have:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in purchasing and supply or Chartered Institute of purchasing Diploma (level 6) / Business Administration Diploma its equivalent
- Affiliate member -Zambia institute of purchasing & supply
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with NGO experience is added advantage
- Good communication, report writing, interpersonal & supervisory skills (added advantage)
- Computer literate and fluency in English both written and spoken
- Critical Thinker and ability to make decisions

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements
- Understand the department's business requirements and apply in the day to day work.
Planning
- Facilitate the vendor registration
- Consolidate and report on the Registration
- Review and update vendor list prior to the planning process activity.
- Advise and familiarize Operations with the field office
Supplier Contract and Relationship Management
- Accurately complete the master data management form (contract/supplier/ item register)
- Manage record keeping for all vendor’s correspondence and documentation (Master Data Management).
- Communicate vendor information to all stakeholders.
- Collect feedback on supplier information as per the established SPM guidelines.
Process, Procedure and Policy
- Work with senior Supply Chain Management teams to manage Internal customer satisfaction
- Collect data to support performance scorecard reporting (i.e. KPIs)
Control and Compliance
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping as per the guidelines set by the management.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
