Plan started working in Egypt in 1981. Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Plan Egypt’s Country Strategy focuses on five strategic objectives.

Through a five-interconnected, gender transformative and context-fit country objectives, PIE intends along with the various stakeholders at all levels to continue delivering positive and transformative changes so that “Children, especially girls, and young people grow up in an enabling environment, realizing their rights and contributing in both development and humanitarian settings as active agents of change”****.

Supply Chain Assistant and Receptionist undertakes administrative tasks in the office, supplies and store management maintaining updated data according to Supply chain operations Manual. The role will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance & ensure that communication between Plan International Egypt and its clients both internal and external are conducted in a smooth and professional manner. The role performs basic Supply Chain duties based on the SC Manual.

Scope

  • The post holder is responsible for overall administrative process at the 2 offices Cairo and CO.
  • Coordinate the Routine supports and records keeping and data management.
  • The post holder manages Maintains accurate and timely data entry.
  • Responds to visitors queries, supports visitors basic logistical needs.

Reports to: The post holder will report to Supply Chain Manager (SCM).
