You have:
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics, particularly in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Skills in managing pharmaceutical and medical supplies effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategy.
- Strong leadership and team coordination experience.
Reporting to the Country Director (CD), the Supply Chain and Operations Manager (SCOM) for OPT is responsible for overall strategic and technical oversight of the mission for everything that relates to supply chain, fleet management, and logistics. You will work in close coordination with the CD and other department heads to ensure necessary guidance and oversight is readily available, and that all processes are conducted in a timely and compliant way. You will work with RI Regional and Global Supply Chain and Operations and lead on supply chain strategy development and implementation – including procurement, stock management and delivery, with a particular emphasis on procurement and pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
