Manage procurement processes for project supplies efficiently
You have:
- Ensure effective management of procurement for project goods and services.
- Verify compliance with delivery and ensure proper invoice payment tracking.
- Organize and participate in procurement meetings to support strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate procurement reporting and monthly savings reports.
- Track and manage contracts for services and investments to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate supplier data and performance against service delivery.

Assurer la gestion efficace et efficiente des achats des biens et services des projets à travers le système Provision tout en respectant les procédures et politiques des Achats de WV
Vérifier la conformité de la livraison, un bon suivi des paiements des factures des fournisseurs après livraison
Organiser et participer aux séances des passations des marchés et appuyer les Programmes et départements à une Planification Stratégique.
Assurer un bon rapportage des informations des Achats, rapport mensuel à travers Provision et un rapport de Savings chaque mois.
Assurer un bon suivi des contrats d’investissement, de prestation et agréments (la signature des contrats), le paiement et réceptions provisoires et définitives des ouvrages.
Assurer un bon suivi sur la base des données fournisseurs et leur évaluation par rapport à la prestation
