Supervise strategic business operations for GIVE Ventures in Central America.
You have:
- Experience in strategic supervision of business and teams in the context of vulnerable populations.
- Ability to assess the impact of programs on target populations.
- Experience implementing projects in Central America.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders in the region.
- Competency in training and mentoring youth programs.

Key Responsibilities:
supervisión estratégica de los negocios y equipos que trabajan en el Programa GIVE Ventures, evaluando y asegurando su impacto en la población objetivo, implementando directamente en El Salvador y supervisando en Honduras, Guatemala y Nicaragua. Este rol implica una estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Youth Ready y GIVE Ventures en la región. La responsabilidad principal es supervisar la ejecución efectiva y responsable de los recursos asignados al proyecto GIVE Ventures en esta región; ser un punto focal para lograr una comunicación adecuada entre las instituciones (World Vision y GIVE Ventures) en los países de la región. Esto incluye facilitar el registro de información y actividades requeridas por GIVE Ventures para la implementación del programa de capacitación y mentoría de los países ejecutores.
