You have:
- Experience of at least 5 years in health project management, ideally in vaccination campaigns or community health programs.
- Good mastery of monitoring and project management tools to ensure sustainability and effectiveness of interventions deployed.
- Ability to implement effective community engagement strategies to raise awareness among marginalized populations.
- Rigorous monitoring and evaluation of vaccination indicators to analyze collected data.

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la coordination des activités de vaccination dans le district, en veillant à la mise en œuvre efficace des stratégies conformément aux directives nationales. Cela inclut la gestion rigoureuse des vaccins (logistique, conservation, distribution) afin d’éviter le gaspillage, ainsi que l’application stricte des orientations (PNC, OSC) qui ont permis d’augmenter la couverture vaccinale des enfants. Par ailleurs, des stratégies d’engagement communautaire sont mises en place pour sensibiliser les populations, en particulier les groupes marginalisés, en collaboration avec les leaders communautaires, les organisations locales et les agents de santé pour surmonter les obstacles socioculturels.
Parallèlement, un suivi et une évaluation rigoureux des indicateurs de vaccination permettent d’analyser les données collectées et de produire des rapports d’activités réguliers (hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels, semestriels et annuels) pour une prise de décision éclairée. Le poste requiert une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la gestion de projets de santé, idéalement dans des campagnes de vaccination ou des programmes de santé communautaire, ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des outils de suivi et de gestion de projet, assurant ainsi la pérennité et l’efficacité des interventions déployées.
