Overview
Assist refugee and immigrant adults in ESL classes.
You have:
- Must submit intern hours on volunteer portal.
- Must pass a background check.
- Commitment of 8 hours per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive months.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Unable to provide sponsorship for US work authorization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with instructors and language learners.
- Interest or experience in teaching, particularly in ESL.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and co-teach.
