How can you make a difference?

The consultant would need to provide an exhaustive analysis addressing the following issues:

Raw materials

  • What raw materials are needed to manufacture the bricks, and in what quantities? What are the price ranges for these? Are there other materials that could be used at a lower cost? What are the main suppliers of these materials?
  • Are they national, or would it be necessary to import them? In the case of being cheaper if imported in large quantities, which countries would be the best to carry out these operations?
  • Regarding the recycled plastic used to manufacture the bricks. What is the final cost of a ton? and the initial cost? How much is paid to the collectors? And the intermediaries? Which processes must be applied to the plastic to be able to use to make bricks? What is the cost of each of these processes?

Utilities used to manufacture the bricks

  • What are the main utilities when manufacturing bricks? How much electricity is needed to produce a brick? And water? and time?
  • How many man/hours does it take to produce one brick? What is the annual maintenance cost to ensure the proper functioning of the machines?
  • What are the administrative costs involved in the production of bricks?

Labor

What are the labor costs involved in the production of bricks? All costs related to taxation, administration, overtime and per diem costs as well as insurance and all other aspects of working life must be included.

The consultant's final report will be submitted in French, along with the presentation of the findings.
