Do you want to work in IT in one of the world's leading humanitarian organisations? We are digitising and modernising our IT portfolio and are currently looking for a student assistant who understands innovative technologies and wants to provide support to our employees globally.

****Who are we?****

The Dynamics Competency Center is the ERP unit within the IT department of DRC. We are 15 employees, 11 based in Copenhagen and 4 based in Poland and our focus is to support and develop our ERP tool Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. We work in an international environment with employees from several different countries and cultures, and we are committed to driving and providing support for the ambitious digital changes that the organisation is undergoing.

****About the job****

As a student helper in Dynamics Competency Center, your main responsibilities will be supporting our employees as well as being involved in smaller projects. The job is a combination of technical support and some development via low code no code tools and administrative tasks.

As a student assistant in the team, your primary tasks will include:

  • End-user support, typically handling 1st level support with log-in issues and some HR related support
  • Writing manuals and training materials for end users as well as internal documentation
  • Supporting the Dynamics Competency Center team in their daily tasks including general office work and administrative tasks
  • Conducting local and global IT assessments of the organisation (e.g. licenses)
  • Support development of Low code no code apps, such as Power BI and the Power Platform

****About you****

We expect you to:

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft products such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Currently (or about to be) enrolled in a relevant education with IT focus
  • Be structured and organised
  • Be fluent in English - knowledge of a Scandinavian language is considered an asset
  • Experience and/or interest in Low code no code apps, such as Power BI and the Power Platform is an advantage

  • Workplace: Borgergade 10, a 2-minute walk from Kongens Nytorv metro station
  • Working time: 15-20 hours a week
  • Start date: 1st September 2023
  • Salary & Terms of Employment: The terms are in accordance with the current agreement between the Danish Refugee Council and HK. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply
  • Contract length: The position is permanent but requires you to be enrolled in a study programme for the duration of the employment
