You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any domain with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a demanding, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects, project design, and team management.
- Experience of working with government stakeholders and familiarity with the Indian public health system.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in project and program management tools and in maintaining complex accountability trackers and dashboards.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Hindi. Preference for candidates versed in local languages/dialects.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the program states and districts.
