Drive on-ground program implementation to strengthen the delivery of Type 1 Diabetes services across public health facilities.

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any domain with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a demanding, results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large projects, project design, and team management.
  • Experience of working with government stakeholders and familiarity with the Indian public health system.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in project and program management tools and in maintaining complex accountability trackers and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Hindi. Preference for candidates versed in local languages/dialects.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the program states and districts.
