Overview

Lead the implementation of the Active Case Finding program in Bihar.

You have:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in designing, leading, and implementing public health or development programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder operations on the ground, ideally within the TB program or another large public health program.
  • Experience working with State Ministries and health departments, including liaising and negotiating with senior government officials.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under time pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English and the local language(s) of Bihar.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar and across program geographies.
  • Prior experience working within the TB program or other infectious disease programs preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, drafting, and analytical workflows.
