Lead the implementation of the Active Case Finding program in Bihar.

You have:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in designing, leading, and implementing public health or development programs.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder operations on the ground, ideally within the TB program or another large public health program.
Experience working with State Ministries and health departments, including liaising and negotiating with senior government officials.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under time pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken command of English and the local language(s) of Bihar.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bihar and across program geographies.
Prior experience working within the TB program or other infectious disease programs preferred.
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, drafting, and analytical workflows.
