Overview
Lead implementation of Active Case Finding program in Maharashtra.
You have:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in designing, leading, and implementing public health or development programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder operations on the ground, ideally within the TB program or another large public health program.
- Experience working with State Ministries and health departments, including liaising and negotiating with senior government officials.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently under time pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and the local language(s) of the Bihar.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra and across program geographies.
- Prior experience working within the TB program or other infectious disease programs preferred.
