Overview
Assist in effective monitoring, data collection, supervision, and evaluation for programs.
You have:
- Master's or Engineering degree in Statistics, Demography, Epidemiology or a related field.
- Desired experience in project management.
- Good analytical and reporting skills; basic understanding of design, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation practices and procedures for programs/projects.
- Willingness to work in rural settings.
- Commitment to serving the most vulnerable children and communities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis software (SPSS, Stata, ODK, Kobo Toolbox).
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in French and English.

Objectif :
Apprendre à fournir un appui efficace dans le suivi, la collecte des données, la supervision et les évaluations des projets au sein des programmes pour assurer la création, la mise à jour et la gestion adéquate du système de suivi et évaluation
Profil et Aptitudes personnelles:
- Avoir un Diplôme de Master ou d’Ingénieur en Statistiques, Démographie, Epidémiologie ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Expérience souhaitée en gestion de projet
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de rapportage ; compréhension de base de la conception, du suivi et de l'évaluation
- Connaissance des pratiques et des procédures de suivi et d'évaluation des programmes/projets
- Etre disposé(e) à travailler en milieu rural ;
- Etre engagé aux services des enfants et des communautés les plus vulnérables ;
- Etre à l’aise dans l’utilisation de suite bureautique (Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher …) ; maîtrise des logiciels d’analyse des données (SPSS, Stata) de collecte de données avec les mobiles (ODK, Kobo toolbox),
- Très bonne communication (écrite et orale) en Français et en Anglais.
