Support development of monitoring and evaluation tools
You have:
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation practices.
- Ability to assist in developing performance indicators.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data management practices.

S'informer et s'approprier des orientations stratégiques du partenariat et de l'organisation (fixation du développement transformationnel, objectifs stratégiques de WVN, politiques et procédures, etc;)
Aider l'équipe et les partenaires dans la définition d'indicateurs de performance accessibles en concordance avec les objectifs et résultats attendus
Faciliter le développement d'outils simples de suivi qui aident au suivi des indicateurs clés tout en renforçant les capacités des équipes dans l'application des outils
Assister le Chef de Projet dans le développement d'un système (visites de terrain, échanges,…) et d'outils de supervision périodique des programmes et projets
Assister le chef de projet dans la gestion de la revue des rapports
Aider à la gestion des données et des documentations
Aider les superviseurs à assurer le suivi et la mise en œuvre des recommandations des évaluations et audits
