You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Five (5) years of prior relevant experience
- Experience working with large, complex, multi-source datasets in a business or nonprofit environment preferred
- SQL and data manipulation
- Data modeling and data quality validation (e.g., understanding of data structure, joins, and data consistency)
- Data visualization and storytelling (e.g., Tableau or similar tools)
- Experience working with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners cross-functionally with strategy, data engineering, and business leadership
