Overview
Lead guideline methodology and champion AI-enabled approaches.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related health, life science, or medical research discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in medical writing, scientific editing, guideline development, or clinical research
- 3-5 years of experience supporting or overseeing clinical guideline development and/or methodology application
- 2-5 years of experience managing direct reports or leading staff/project teams
- Demonstrated expertise and success in comprehensive evidence review, evidence synthesis, and development of evidence tables
- Strong understanding of clinical research methods, evidence grading frameworks (e.g., COR/LOE), and guideline development processes
- Proven ability and success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced editing and proofreading proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams, volunteer experts, and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reference management tools (e.g., EndNote), Adobe Acrobat, and workflow/content management platforms
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10%, including occasional overnight travel
- Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MS, PhD) in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field
- Extensive experience contributing to clinical practice guidelines, scientific statements, or other evidence-based publications
- Experience developing or applying guideline methodology frameworks at scale
- Experience leading or implementing AI-enabled or technology-driven approaches to evidence review or content development
- Experience working in a professional association, academic, or clinical organization with volunteer committee structures
- Familiarity with workflow/project management tools and structured content management systems
