Overview
Lead the implementation of the Fontan System of Care Initiative and manage program operations.
You have:
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience required; Advanced Degree preferred: i.e. MPH, Masters of Science, or medical credential
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare, health systems, and/or health policy; clinical experience preferred
- Experience working in or with large, matrixed healthcare organization(s)
- Experience in leading collaborative research initiatives or programs
- Experience with program management across industry, healthcare, philanthropy, government and non-government organizations
- Experience working with national level executive volunteers and national boards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact and engage across different disciplines and institutions
- Ability to travel up 25% local and overnight stay
