Shape and advance the Salesforce platform strategy.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or PMP/CSPO preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds).
- 3-5 years of direct experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational readiness planning (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
- Non-profit experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Developer, etc.).
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops, or other Agile project management tools.
