Overview
Support financial management, compliance, and reporting functions across CHAI.
You have:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) preferred; additional Company Secretary (CS) qualification desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, donor reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong financial acumen to manage complex budgets and financial data.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance requirements applicable to non-profit organizations.
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and strong command over Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for collaboration with leadership and external bodies.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
