Coordinate integration, protection, and programming for the consortium.
You have:
- Minimum 6 years of working experience including 2/3 years in managerial position.
- Professional experience in gender equality and inclusion programming and/or Protection.
- Experience in coordinating with various partners.
- Previous experience working under consortium program is preferred.
- Experience working in multi-sectoral programs with preferably health, nutrition and protection.
- Strong verbal communication in English Skill.
- Good organizational skills, team spirit, and capacity to work with little supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English drafting and editing skills.
- Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to IRC'S mission and purpose and values.
