Plan started working in Egypt in 1981 and has a presence in ten of the 27 governorates in which the country including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Beheira, Kalyoubia, Damietta, Qena, Assuit, Aswan, and Sohag. Plan international Egypt implements programmes designed to enable communities to improve the lives of the most marginalised children and their families. Plan Egypt’s Country Strategy focuses on five strategic objectives.
The purpose of the role is to lead and manage sponsorship program implementation and sponsorship communication in all Plan Program Areas (PAs).
SCOPE The post holder will report to the Head of Program Implementation (HOPI) and lead the sponsorship program implementation and sponsorship communication in all Plan PAs. He/she will provide strategic leadership and direction for the implementation of sponsorship program within the overall country strategic plan and provides support to ensure effective program delivery, communication delivery, and knowledge management.
