Overview

Support the Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry through Sponsorship in Programming.

You have:

• Bachelor degree in management or a social science field preferred, or University Diploma.
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing Sponsorship and development projects at AP level.
• Demonstrated community and staff facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated competencies in Sponsorship in Programming, Sponsorship Operations, program planning and reporting required.
• Knowledge of sponsorship policies, framework, systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Wahana Visi Indonesia’s Development Programming Approach and Sponsorship in Programming.
• Knowledge of community development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

The Cluster/AP Sponsorship In Programming Coordinator support the overall Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry through Sponsorship in Programming plan that is aligned with Wahana Visi Indonesia Strategic Objectives as well as existing policies and standards especially in accountable management and operation throughout AP’s cycle & DPA particularly in assessment, design and evaluation phase. This is pursued by ensuring the inclusion of all critical sponsorship aspects, and enhancing the quality of process aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program that brings about benefits to children and improve community participation.

SIP Coordinator also provides specialised sponsorship technical support to multiple Area Programme (cluster) to enable excellence in Sponsorship Programming by those APs. They are responsible to deliver results through influence and collaboration. This position brings specialist knowledge in -

• Sponsorship in Programming including child participation and protection;
• Sponsor and child engagement;
• Business Process and Systems Management.

For each of these areas their role is to provide: 1) Technical knowledge; 2) Capacity Building; 3) Planning and implementation support; and 4) Quality Assurance.
