Overview
Lead safeguarding activities for crisis-affected populations.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire (de préférence de niveau master) en sciences sociales, psychologie, travail social, droits humains, santé publique, genre et développement ou tout autre domaine connexe.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en sauvegarde, PSEA, protection, MHPSS, gestion de cas ou programmation communautaire de protection.
- Solide connaissance des standards IASC PSEAH, des principes de sauvegarde, de l'approche centrée sur les survivants, du principe 'Ne Pas Nuire', du MHPSS, des Premiers Secours Psychologiques (PFA) et des circuits de référencement.
- Connaissance des Standards Fondamentaux de Sauvegarde de Mercy Corps ou d'un cadre organisationnel équivalent, et des trois approches de la protection.
- Compétences avérées en gestion et en communication, y compris la gestion budgétaire.
- Maîtrise du créole et du français (oral et écrit) requise, la maîtrise de l'anglais est fortement souhaitée.
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
