You have:
- Diplôme de niveau licence ou plus en sciences sociales, développement international, gestion des connaissances ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine de l’apprentissage organisationnel, de la gestion des connaissances ou de la conception de programmes de développement.
- Solides compétences en analyse de données et en rédaction.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français (écrit et oral).
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à collaborer efficacement au sein d'une équipe multiculturelle.
- Familiarité avec le contexte du Sahel (Mali/Niger) et compréhension des enjeux liés à la gouvernance locale, à la justice et aux dynamiques communautaires.
