• A university degree or master’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing.

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific Outputs/Tasks include but not limited to: • Ensure the overall quality of the software product. • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Identify, document, and track defects. • Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Maintain a defect database and generate defect metrics. • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications/special skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Qualification Requirements • A university degree or master’s degree in information technology or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Reporting and administration The Consultant will report technically to HD Software Dev. Sec & Lead Solu Arch. Competencies • Applying Technical Expertise • Planning and Organizing • Creating and Innovating • Analyzing CONDITIONS OF SERVICE • The consultant will be based in UNRWA HQ Amman - Jordan. • The duration of the consultancy is 12 months with the possibility of extension subject to availability of funds and continuing need and satisfactory performance. A university degree or master’s degree in information technology or related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
