Overview
Provide psychosocial support and case management for young adults.
You have:
- Technical diploma or degree in social work, including a license to practice and registration in the Association of Social Workers of Greece.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social work, case management, and provision of psychosocial support to women and unaccompanied children, ideally in humanitarian or development settings.
- Previous experience in institutions/shelters/accommodation schemes highly desirable.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
- Proven understanding of working with women/children/persons with disabilities.
- Personal qualities: Great teammate, adaptable, flexible, network-builder, able to handle pressure well and work in a cross-cultural setting.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and ability to establish relationships quickly with a wide variety of people.
- Digital literacy: Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Outlook, and proficiency with new technologies required.
