Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) is one of the key pillars of UNICEF’s COVID-19 response. Social listening is an important aspect of RCCE as it provides information about ongoing conversations on COVID-19, among other reasons. As the crisis evolves and the RCCE response expands, the collection, analysis, and use of social listening data will contribute to more localized, community-centric RCCE actions in the State of Palestine.
