This initiative supports the launch of a dedicated network for women experts working on climate transparency across francophone and lusophone African developing countries. Conceived as an informal knowledge-exchange and peer-learning space, this 1.5-hour virtual kick-off meeting aims to bring regional experts together to share localized insights and strengthen women's leadership in environmental governance.

In line with UNDP guidelines on regional collaboration and inclusive development, this pro bono online gathering serves as the foundational starting point for a sustainable, long-term community of practice. By ensuring smooth, multilingual communication, Online Volunteers will play a critical role in bridging language barriers, enabling equal participation, and ensuring that diverse regional perspectives are fully integrated into the global climate transparency dialogue.

  • Support inclusive and effective communication among participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Note: Online Volunteers are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning headset, and a quiet working environment during the scheduled meeting time.
