Develop tracking system and implement workshops, trainings, and social media campaigns.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing adolescent and youth participation projects, including implementing capacity-building trainings and developing adolescent- and youth-friendly resources.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and young people, with strong expertise in adolescent and youth participation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop youth-friendly, creative, innovative, and interactive materials, including videos and social media content.

Minimum requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or a relevant field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing adolescent and youth participation projects, including implementing capacity‑building trainings and developing adolescent‑ and youth‑friendly resources.
Language Requirements: Turkish and English
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills: Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and young people, with strong expertise in adolescent and youth participation.
