Duty station: Benghazi, Libya

Travel: 40% to other implementation areas in East and West

The purpose of the Shelter Technical Officer for Renewable Energy is to assist with the energy-efficiency components (specifically in household-level photo-voltaic cells) of NRC’s intervention in Libya to ensure quality, effectiveness, and sustainability.
