Implement Shelter projects ensuring technical quality and capacity building

You have:

Adhere to NRC policies, guidance and procedures
Implement technical portfolio of Shelter projects
Prepare technical Bill of quantities and scope of works
Promote and share ideas for improvement and changes
Ensure capacity building of project staff
Promote the rights of IDPs

Details

Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures

Responsible to implement delegated technical portfolio of Shelter projects (need assessments, bill of quantities, drawings) as delegated from Project Coordinator in line with proposals and ensure high technical quality;

Provide regular progress reports to the Project Coordinator;

Prepare and ensure that all technical Bill of quantities and scope of works are in line with quality NRC standards;

Promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes in the activities;

Ensure capacity building of project staff and transfer key skills to assistants.

Promote the rights of IDPs in line with the advocacy strategy
