Roles and Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities:

-Support the Database officer in updating records and information collected by the team, and ensuring that data collection is well coordinated with the main database.

-Provide the needed support in designing data collection tools (KOBO), and revising the field tools (Include mail merge technique).

- Execute regular checks on the Urban Shelter Database to ensure data is clean without errors and duplicates.

- Prepare documentation and sign contracts as required with the beneficiaries.

-Contribute and support the data unit to ensure information is adequate and well organized. Maintain and organize filing of contracts and other documents used by the sector, Update information related to finance and/or other support units when necessary, Develop plans and actively develop contracts and documentation to support the social team in case of need.

-Contribute to produce and update information related to the sector, including FaQ’s and Other required information. Contribute to coordinate with info-line to provide information related to program’s requirements and standards, Provide regular feedback to line manager regarding questions, difficulties or doubts raised by participants. -When necessary, support the field team in the IA and shelter visits in coordination with the line manager Generic responsibilities: -Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines. - Assist a range of support with the implementation of the Core Competency portfolio according to plan of action. - Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated. - Responsible for organizing and delivery of tasks in line with priorities and standards. - Develop and maintain knowledge of the specialist area of work in which technical assistance and support is being provided, in order to be most effective in supporting the team. -Use initiative in day to day problem solving in line with agreed procedures, priorities and standards for the area of work. -Prepare and develop status reports as required by management. - Ensure proper filing of documents. - Promote and share ideas for improvement in your area of expertise.

-Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

Context/specific skills, knowledge and experience: Qualification requirement: Bachelor degree or equivalent Years of Experience: 2

- Proven experience in using Microsoft Excel and Access intermediate level. - Relevant work experience in a dynamic and results focusedorganization - Good knowledge of governance and administrative structures within the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan
